With a damaged backplate, the dents and scuffs lowered the aesthetics and value of the device.

The bottom has suffered wear from the use of an Otter Box.

The sides were cracked prior to opening, and intensified as I proceeded to open it. There was A LOT of adhesive and it bonded to the NFC coil. I used a knife to cut the gluey lines holding the panel in place. This took about 20 minutes using a heat pack.

Heres the back I ordered off ebay:

Replacing the back was VERY easy. Make sure you take the blue silicon off the original back and put back it on the phone (You will most likely need it to fit well). I tried attaching the LED and camera lens to the back first, but it didnt work, so onto the phone it went. Placing the back cover aligned it and all was well.
